These documents outline the recent agreement between Pennsauken Township and Cherokee, including proposed Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) arrangements and community benefits for Pennsauken.  As Cherokee is also the proposed developer for the Cramer Hill section of Camden, these agreements provide information on possibilities for Camden.
