Program Manager Josh Wheeling started at CamConnect in the fall of 2011. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2008 as an Economics major and Urban Studies minor, and in May 2011 received his Master’s of Public Administration from the Fels Institute of Government at Penn. Josh worked as a research intern at the Philadelphia City Planning Commission, and was a spatial analyst at The Food Trust, primarily working to develop an updated version of the Food for Every Child: The Need for More Supermarkets in Philadelphia report from 2000 to display the city’s progress as well as what it still needs to do to improve its citizens’ access to food.
