Correspondence Regarding FY 2006 Budget
Because a significant part of Camden's municipal budget comes in the form of special state aid, the State of New Jersey this year required Camden to sign a memorandum outlining restrictions on municipal spending. Camden COO Randy Primas refused to sign this MOU, triggering the events that led to his resignation.
